Let me try this again. I am typing on the blank screen but cannot see how well / poorly i am doing. I am new at this sort of stuff, getting help through group therapy. I visited my psych. today who recommended I join one. I am looking forward to sharing my experiences and learning form yours too. I a m fairly new at PD, for about 16 months now but long enough to see that it is not liefe as it used to be...but know that with God's help I will manage to stay intact and find that his grace truly is sufficeint for my every need.
